This italian food recipe is really easy to cook, and very tasty.
For 2 people, ingredients: Small Salmon Fillet; Single Cream; Tagliatelle Pasta; Garlic; 1/2 Red pepper sliced, white wine, mushrooms, red chili choped into small pieces. Out of our garden we grew the red pepper, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and sage.
Pre-heat the oven to 180C, and put the Salmon Fillet in, and cook it for around 7 minutes. At the same time In the pre-heated oven bake some Garlic bread ( I like to make my own Foccacia bread, but you need to start that about 2 hours in advance ).
In a large pan of salted water cook the pasta ( normally takes about 5 minutes). I find that one "nest" of the pasta per person is all you need.
Whilst the pasta is cooking, put a splash of virgin olive oil into a pan, cook the chopped garlic, red chili, red pepper, and sliced white mushrooms for a couple of minutes.
Flake in the Salmon out of the oven into the pan, and season with a grind of black pepper and some mixed chopped herbs, and a bit of basil, Stir this for a couple of minutes. Then pour in the small carton of single cream, a splash of white wine. Don't overcook this sauce, a couple of minutes until it's simmering is fine, keep stirring it.
Whilst the sauce is cooking, drain the pasta, then add the pasta to the sauce, stir for a minute, then serve into warm bowls, grate on some parmesan cheese.
